EGG SANDWICH RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
° 10 slices of bread
° 3 hard boiled Eggs
° spring onions
° 1 Canned fish( sardine)
° 3 carrots
° 2 tbs sugar
° 70g Butter

CHOPPING: 5 minutes
MIXING:5 minutes
BOILING:15 minutes

DIRECTION
1.To start with, take a deep pot and add enough water to it along with the eggs. Let the eggs boil for 10 minutes.
When the eggs are properly hard boiled, drain the water and set eggs aside to cool before peeling, chopping and mashing them.
2. In another shallow pot/pan add chopped carrots and spring onions, along with water and sugar. Leave to boil 5 minutes, then drain all the water with a drainer/sieve. Set aside
3. Add butter and canned fish(sardine) in a bow and mix well using a wooden spoon or spatula. Set aside.
4.Mix carrot-onions mixture and mashed eggs together in a single bowl with a spoon( a little mayonnaise or butter can be added to this mixture, but its optional).
5. Take a bread slice, spread butter- fish mixture on it and add the egg mixture on the same bread. Cover it up with the other bread slice. And repeat the same procedure for the rest bread slices.
6. Serve with hot chocolate, tea or coffee.
